Based in Milpitas, California, Sipex Corporation was incorporated in 1965. Sipex designs, manufactures and markets high performance, analog integrated circuits or “ICs” that primarily are used by original equipment manufacturers, or OEMs, operating in the computing, consumer electronics, communications and networking infrastructure markets. Some of the end product applications that contain our ICs are cellular phones, base stations, computers, DVD players, and digital cameras. Our products are sold either directly or through an international network of manufacturers’ representatives and distributors. We are a global company with operations in Asia, Europe and North America.
