WAVEPIA is the RFIC/MMIC design house based in South Korea. We design and develop RF GaN HEMT Bare dies and RF GaN Transistors which are customizable upon the customer’s request. We provide not only the devices but also our own RF solutions named High Power GaN PLL(HPGP). While processing era has reached its full scale and existing semiconductor processing technology has reached its limit, our company has challenged core processing and found the solution that can bring evolution to the semiconductor technology. Instead of following a pre-existing path, we have read the technological trends and innovatively researched with conviction and competence. WAVEPIA is a growing company. Our plan is to aggressively expand in the global market in upcoming years.
